Charlie O’Brien
President
Charlie O’Brien provides consulting for the off-road equipment and financial services industries. He specializes in sales training, facilitating, directing, and analyzing strategic projects.
Charlie currently serves in a global leadership role as Secretary General to the Agrievolution Alliance, a coalition made up of 15 trade associations located in critical agricultural regions of the world and representing over 6000 agricultural equipment manufacturers. He also serves as as member of the Board of Directors of Agrograph.
He served as Senior Vice President of the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) from 2007 to 2017. While at AEM he represented the interests of equipment manufacturers in the United States and member companies located abroad.
Charlie joined AEM with more than 23 years of experience in the off-road equipment industry working for John Deere, including six years as president of FPC Financial, a banking division of John Deere Financial. He also served as branch manager and director of strategic initiatives for John Deere Credit’s England operations and held various management positions in sales, marketing, business development and risk management while at John Deere in the US.
Charlie holds a BS degree in agriculture from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from Drake University in Des Moines, IA.
